The Resurrection of our Lord is a thrilling story and the crux of the Christian faith.

written for SATB Choir, Piano and soloists (optional bass guitar and percussion instruments)

The Easter Oratorio tells the dramatic story of the Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ - tracing the events of His last week on earth. This work of 18 songs - 55 minutes in length - can be performed by choirs of varying skills and achievement. It combines a traditional choral style with popular contemporary idioms. Many of the individual pieces can be presented throughout the year and are especially useful during the Lent season - building up to the Passion week. For example, "Come to the Upper Room" has been used to enhance Communion (Mass) services.
